Tanglaw Digital is a web design and digital solutions company based in Lucena City, Quezon Province, Philippines. We have been helping local businesses build their online presence since 2006 — long before social media made it trendy, and long before every business realized they needed a website to survive.

We are not a big agency with dozens of account managers and overseas clients. We are a focused local team that works directly with business owners in Quezon, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal — people who want a trustworthy partner, not just a vendor who disappears after launch.

Our story

The honest version

We started building websites back in 2006 under the name WebMax IT Solutions. Over the years, we helped dozens of businesses in Calabarzon get online — from small shops needing their first website to growing businesses that needed full digital support.

Life happened, as it often does. Personal responsibilities pulled us away from the business for a period, and we had to step back. We lost the domain. We paused the brand. But we never stopped building websites or helping the people around us.

We are back now — refreshed, refocused, and rebranded as Tanglaw Digital. The name means "guiding light" in Filipino, and that is exactly what we want to be for local businesses navigating the online world. Same commitment. Same values. A stronger team.

Our journey

Eighteen years, one honest detour, and a stronger return

We are not going to pretend the road was a straight line. Here is exactly how we got here.

2006

Started building websites for local businesses in Calabarzon under WebMax IT Solutions. Our first clients were small businesses who needed a basic online presence.

2006 – 2018

Grew steadily, serving a wide range of local businesses — from tourism and hospitality to retail, clinics, and schools across Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, and beyond.

2018 – 2023

Stepped back due to personal commitments. Continued doing freelance web work quietly while life took priority — the skills never stopped growing.

2024

Made the decision to return — this time with a clearer focus, a stronger service lineup, and a new name that better represents our mission.

2025 — Today

Tanglaw Digital is officially relaunched. We are actively serving businesses across Calabarzon and expanding our reach one client at a time.
